have the skills they need, and who are willing to showcase their talents by working for free, for a limited

The website enables Talent Providers (INDIVIDUALS) and Talent Seekers (EMPLOYERS) to get in
Touch, with a view to creating mutually beneficial employment opportunities.
TALENT PROVIDERS which include Jobseekers, Graduates, Retirees, Contractors,
Entrepreneurs, Business Partners... Create paid employment by offering your talents for free, for a
limited duration. If you're looking for work or have an idea to pitch, the Talent Tank enables you to get
in touch with businesses who are looking for skills like yours to help them grow.
TALENT SEEKERS which include Small/Medium Sized Businesses, Business Start-ups, Multi-
Nationals, Entrepreneurs... If you're looking for an employee, a contractor or a business partner,
Talent Tank is the place to search. Everyone here is willing to work for free for a limited time, so you
can see how they could help your business, without you making any initial financial outlay.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Simply register on the website as either a Talent Provider or a Talent Seeker. Once registered you will
be able to search all existing offers, add up to three of your own new offers and make email contact.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Registration for Talent Providers is currently Free Of Charge.
From November / December ’09 a minimal charge will apply for Talent Seekers;
30 Day subscription @ €30,
90 Day Subscription @ €60,
365 Day Subscription @ €90.

"The Talent Tank is not about ‘working for free’ (absolutely not!), the spirit of this initiative is to allow
talented individuals the opportunity to ‘show case’ their talents to a potential employer/ business
partner with a view to creating an ongoing paid employment role.”
NOTE: Any persons that are deemed to contravene the charter will be removed from the site
indefinitely.
