involved in matching or placing Individuals, rather we provide you with the tools to enable you to choose the Employers you would like

When you post a Talent Offer your Email Contact details are available to the general public and your personal information including
CV details is visible to all Employers who have a current subscription to TalentTank.ie. By posting a Talent Offer, TalentTank.ie
understands that it is your decision to disclose this information to a third party and acknowledge that the third party is not covered by the
TalentTank.ie Privacy Policy. Individuals may post a maximum of three current Talent Offers at any one time.
Employers: TalentTank.ie operates as a platform for Individuals and Employers to come together on the internet. As such we are not
involved in matching or placing Individuals, rather we provide you with the tools to enable you to choose the Individuals you would like
to contact.
When you post a Talent Offer your Email Contact details and Business/ Company Name are available to the general public.
TalentTank.ie understands that it is your decision to disclose this information to a third party and acknowledge that the third party is not
covered by the TalentTank.ie Privacy Policy.
Data Base Access for Clients
Clients must abide by the TalentTank.ie terms and conditions of sale which outlines the Agreement of Services entered into between
themselves and TalentTank.ie.
Database rights and all other applicable copyright and intellectual property rights in the candidate database belong to TalentTank.ie.
You acknowledge that you do not acquire any rights in the database or its content and that your retention and use of the database and
its content is governed by these terms and conditions.
Use of the database
The material you are entitled to receive from the individual database is determined by the product you have purchased from us. On
receipt of this material you may:
A, Use, search or download it to your database for the purpose of finding suitable candidates for specific Talent offers that you wish to
fill.
B, Use the information about the individuals contained in the database for the purpose of contacting them in relation to a specific
Talent offer.
C, Use the information only in connection with your own talent-related activities.
You may NOT:
D, Supply, sell or license material from the individual database, or a copy of it, to any other person, including another member of
your group of companies.
E, Download the database through any automated (e.g. "scraping") process.
Individuals may decide to register their CV in our database, through TalentTank.ie. This product allows their CV to be viewed by
Employers who have subscribed to this service
We endeavour to grant access to the CV database only to Employers who agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions. However, should
a third party gain access to your CV by evading our security measures, we cannot be held responsible.
You may remove your CV from our database at any time. However Employers who have already accessed your CV may have kept a
copy of it in their own files. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of your CV in these
instances.
In the interest of your privacy and the maintenance of an up-to-date CV database.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine all
disputes, questions and differences arising out of or in connection with this agreement, and the parties irrevocably submit to that
jurisdiction for that purpose.
